"Chamame" is one of the "edamame", green soybeans.
It is covered with a brown skin. "Cha" means brown and
"mame" means soybeans so it is call as "chamame".
One of the important things to have "chamame" with
good sweetness and fragrant is to harvest it while it is
wet with the morning dew.
Boil "chamame" and enjoy eating it. |
