"Noppe" is one of the famous traditional dishes around us. The ingredients of "noppe" are as follows. dried scallop dried shiitake mushroom bamboo shoot chicken taro carrot burdock konnyaku steamed fish paste soy sauce Well simmered taro, shiitake mushroom and scallop lightly seasoned with soy sauce makes "noppe" quite tasty. We eat it hot but cold "noppe" is also good. Chopsticks is usually used when eating it but it can be eaten with a spoon or a fork.
